Buying up trucks

Our strong networks with major Japanese logistics companies and local institutions as well have enabled us to source a variety of trucks, ranging from popular “Cargo Trucks” to “Dump & Mixer Trucks”, and further to special purpose units such like “Road Sweepers”and “Military Personnel Carrier Trucks” sold by Japanese Government.
Every truck in our inventory is provided with a Stock_ID and managed by secure database systems. The total number of our stock keeps 800 units in average.

Inspection

In order to give correct valuation to each incoming unit, our mechanics perform through inspections, from chassis to engine, transmission, and rear body application. The evaluation reports are shared by all company members through online database system.

Repair

We have wide range of spare parts in stock for repair and overhaul so that our products always fulfill our strict “Quality Standard”. We have full service manuals in hand to refer when in need, and we turn to G-SCAN (Engine check device) to diagnose conditions and for trouble shooting.

Rebuild and customization

Upon your request, we will install a rear body of your choice on a bare chassis to meet your market demand. Furthermore, we could swap rear bodies to each other, thus you will maximize the value of the trucks from us.

Packaging and Exportation

In addition to the usual CBU, we provide various types of packing to save cost in freight.

CBU Container

Trucks are combined and neatly loaded into a container to save on freight.

CBU RORO (Nesting)

Not just a usual single RORO, we can nest trucks (a small truck onto a big one), thus saving on freight.

CKD

For re-building importers, we provide CKD packaging. Trucks are carefully dismantled apart and securely packed into containers. On the new countries, they are re-build up again, re-conditioned, and off the roads back to work.
